Speaking of Colorado Burgs, I never got the appeal of Good Times. I was just a 'meh' Jack-In-The-Box analog IMO. Also I just remembered that the Dark Horse in Boulder has a burger with peanut butter on it and it, somehow, kinda works? Very confusing.

yeah bleu cheese at a fast food place could be a bit of a gamble the spotted pig burger in Manhattan makes an amazing burger using Roquefort cheese.

I thought it was weird as hell for forever then I tried it. The salty, savory taste somehow perfectly melds with the meat. I almost never have it but if I am at a place where its served, and I am in the mood for it, I will eat one. That said I have only had a few in my life because those stars must align and that's rare.
