Just to be clear, bleu cheese's path to sauce status is because we put too much hot sauce on the scrap parts of a chicken carcass and we needed something to cool the flavor and we grabbed the first salad dressing we could reach because the padded rugby game was still on

My mother in law has a green card and she doesn't speak English beyond "Thank you" "Good" and "Welcome". She got held over by customs coming in to the country because she needs to visit for a month every year to retain it, and she was like, a few weeks late. They held her long because it was apparently hard to find a translator who spoke Albanian.

I think the funny was that you can apply as 80 years or older, but only once you're 80 years or older. And they had to explain this explicitly. And now the joke's not funny anymore. Because I had to explain it explicitly.

I think the deal is you have to wait for then to apply, so even if you know this application will take months you have to be 80 when you apply not when the decision is made.
