they usually don't respond unless they can't repro on their end and they ask you to send a file with the affected issue and how you got there.

also they fix issues in adobe reader all the time, there are patches for it like every 2 weeks for security issues.

too bad i don't have any reason to use adobe reader anymore since i use an os with a competent pdf viewer built right in
