I think this is on a location by location, at least for Freebirds - there's 2 freebirds about 10 minutes from me. One of them has awful food quality, the other one (that's been there for ages) is outstanding. You'd think that working from the same recipes, the same suppliers, etc. you'd have some consistency among locations but I guess not.
