I confess I haven't read most of this thing. Is the number of ellipses in this latest chapter normal in his dialogue? Because there sure are a lot of them. I know this sounds like a very petty complaint but they are all over the place.

Anyone old enough can remember a time before ATMs were on every block and a lot of places didn't take checks. Back then you carried around cash for most of your transactions, and for precisely that reason you always made sure to carry at least some extra around with you. Carrying a hundred dollars in cash, if you could afford to, was routine for many people. So he's made McG stupid not to show some deep aspect of human nature, but because he's young. Given the photos though I'm not sure, how old is this guy? He was born in 1982 or thereabouts I think. He is older than 30.
