Seriously, American police are some of the worst examples of humanity in first-world society. I'm sad that the reporter didn't immediately say the full "One bad apple spoils the bunch". I mean, gee, if only they didn't have a system of planting evidence that was fully supported by the higher-ups that was used on a regular basis, maybe police wouldn't be able to use said system for personal gain.
