It's about a mutated monster living in the Han river (in the same way that the 1954 Godzilla is about a monster living in the sea). There are a couple moments in there that broke my heart and hurt to watch; the first action scene also holds up really well in terms of CGI. And, while its obvious it came before Mother, the cinematography is similarly very good.
