Yep, apparently it was something foisted on Williams Street at the time according to the ANN Cast. They made the best of a weird situation The UK Airing was a more straightforward affair (Airing on Fox Kids in the last of it's pre jetix days) and, if memory serves, was basically part of the same licensing package that had Megaman NT Warrior in it.
