Color trivia of the day: The color spectrum often has seven colors because Sir Issac Newton was one of the first and most prestigious scientists to use a prism to split a light beam. He had his own wacky interpretation of Christianity and decided that Christian mysticism of his own invention dictated there were exactly seven colors in a sunbeam.
