What the gently caress. The festival episode (or at least, the first one they did) has the focus on "exploding flowers" or fireworks, so I guess I can see why they didn't reference that. But shaved ice? Actually, it's a shame the owners aren't included, because there was a red ribbon of Laura's featured in one episode. Get Bijou in with her ribbon obession and Bob's your uncle.

I like how in Prince and Princess they didn't just default to Bijou being able to be dressed as the princess, Pashmina can be too.
