Has anyone mentioned the pigeons in Grand Theft Auto 4? In each GTA, there were secret packages strewn around the city, and collecting them would allow you to gradually amass a bunch of free weapons and armor at your safehouses. In GTA4, they change this to 200 pigeons around the city that you had to shoot. The pigeons are small, a pain in the rear end to see, and are often in hard to reach or inconvenient places, so it's near impossible to get them all without a walkthrough. Also, because you have to shoot them, you're more than likely to alert the nearby cops, meaning you then have to spend the next 5 minutes getting out of their sphere or running to the closest Pay n' Spray. When you kill one, it will tell you how many are left, and as you get below 20 left, it starts saying things like "That's it, you got them all!", "Time to call it a day!", Etc... even though you have 10 or so left. When you kill all 200 you're rewarded with...nothing. You get an achievement and a whopping 2.5% added to your 100% completion, but otherwise there is no reward.
