Ben Urich was introduced in Daredevil and mostly tied in with him. He only made cameos with Spider-man and he was already in the first Daredevil movie.

^^ Atlas the series was pretty great and you do not want to see this? Hollismason posted:That is Gladiator , but that may not beThe Owl. Leland specifically mentions his son which he refers to as Lee. Not the comic character but the actor who played Herc in the Wire. I assumed its That is Owl as he started out as an account then became a crimelord. You could also see him displeased with the way Fisk is doing things. bobkatt013 fucked around with this message at 21:05 on Apr 11, 2015 |

^^ Yes he says that is what he would eat with his mother Finished this last night, and holy poo poo did the change the Urich relationship. That was a twist I did not see coming. I was also wrong about Owl unless he was just faking it, but I do not think Fisk would allow that to hang around. I also forget did they say why they needed those specific buildings? I have a feeling that its going to be that area has some connection to the Iron Fist.

quote:That's true, hadn't considered that. Still, I find it rather underwhelming and a bad case of "tell, not show" where it'd have worked better if he killed himself instead of giving up the name and Matt had to find it out from someone else next episode or something. Then you would have had the exact same problem. At that point no one knew who Fisk was and the only people where the ones who were scared of him. You just wanted Daredevil to do what he did in that episode to another guy and have him do the same thing?

tsob posted:No, I wanted someone to actually follow through on the idea of "we'd rather die than say his name", instead of having someone say that but then say his name basically as soon as he was hurt. Yes, it'd have been someone doing the same thing an episode or two later, but at least you'd have had some idea that those goons meant it when they said they'd rather die than do so, instead of just paying lip service to the idea. I know we wanted more episodes, but that would have just added padding as that would have slowed down the stuff with Foggy, Ben, and Karen.

We know the suit that he has at the end is made with the same stuff, but he did get injured quite often with the original suit. That means they got through four years of undergrad, however long law school takes (gotta be at least 4 years), interned for probably a year, and passed the bar exam in five years. Which is impossible. Law school if you go full time is 3 years. They were also going to be offered the job at the firm so that could have been during their last semester of law school.
