First, they have announced Netflix will be doing a standalone punisher series. Secondly, at best, I can see them doing Welcome Back Frank....again really cause the Thomas Jane Punisher Movie was that, and also the rooftop scene was from it, only written better and less Ennnis "Superheroes are bad and dumb and punisher is bestest because he shoots people and Daredevil really wants to shoot people waaaaaah" poo poo.
