My Zune HD was dope except for the bug where if I deleted something from the device directly, rather than through the desktop app, it wouldn't mark the space as freed so eventually I could have a Zune that appeared "full" but had nothing on it. I stuck it out for like nine months and they never fixed it so I said "gently caress it" and went back to the iPod touch.
