i got tired of dying to the shadow of yharnam so i decided to go exploring. some guy in the forest gave me a stone so i went to visit the church like he said. a huge nightmare thing picked me up and sent me to a lecture hall? then i went somewhere called the nightmare frontier where all the monsters are like something straight out of a lovecraft story? what the gently caress is going on!

there is so much to do in this game. unfortunately it's storming outside my place and the thunder and lightning coupled with the unsettling vibe of the game means i have to tear myself away for the night lest i get extremely scared. in regards to what yall were talking about earlier, i love the souls presentation of "show, don't tell" and the story that bloodborne wants to tell is great. the method of storytelling really lends itself to the story proper, you know?
