"I once mistook six people for you at a pharmacy" is the best leonard joke in years.

She was IT administrator or something like that, but she wanted better parking in exchange for relaxing the porn filter for Nathan Fillion's character.

That he was actually on an episode as that character makes it even weirder to me that it went unreferenced.

I haven't rewatched season 4 (obviously, except freaky friday) or 5 and now I'm laughcrying at work and can't explain why.

Haha, the IT Lady at Greendale has mysteriously vanished. I'm glad they referenced Paget's old role.

It was a very well done reference and was way better than whatever supposed reference was done in the first episode.

I was really glad at how they were willing to put Britta in a very low key role. It bothers me when shows try too hard to force all the characters into plots.

The flag joke is one of my favorite unsubtle jokes. My favorite subtle joke is probably Beetlejuice. I wish they'd do more of that sort of thing.

Maybe they did! :tinfoil:

That was definitely a bizarre thing that seemed to go on for too long.

But the fact that it was so blatantly obvious on camera was so strange.

It seems like it'd have been way too easy to edit them out with cg or just throw a couple obscuring frisbees on top.

I'm agreeing with meta commentary guy because this is the school we've seen descend into nightmarish hellscapes in hours but they can't throw together better looking sci-fi props?

There were still some bad non-jokes, (Koogler's whole schtick, the Dean's awkward moment was dragged out and Abed's punchline with no joke at the end...) but there were also funny ones again! Even just Chang immediately getting gunned down was a great beat. Plus a nice little arc with Frankie and Jeff, and some cool action! The Cap 2 inspired Dean fight was amazing.

I really liked that he still used his golden gun.

I actually felt that this one was too much cringe comedy on the part of the gang making asses of themselves, but I enjoyed the rest of the episode and loved the tag.

I felt almost the opposite. It did have codependence/bottle episode/we all kind of hate each other because we are like family elements. But it also had really good "this is why we spend time together, because we are really good friends inventing silly games and having a wonderful time" bits. And in the end they sort of ruined the wedding, but it sort of wasn't there fault. It was ruined to begin with and they saved it.

I basically died laughing during the entire "I encourage white people" bit.

Ive always felt like I miss a lot of the jokes in Community. What popular film or show was the Honda Civic episode alluding to? What about that Hondo Executive bald fellow who played off Britta pretending not to see him twice in the show? Whats that in reference to? It cant be just Batman?

I don't ge tthis joke.
