This is exactly what I did when I played last summer so yes. I didn't do the max level stuff though so maybe it starts to suck. My biggest gripe with the game is still that lizard men don't get a unique animation to swim like alligators. You should at least get it when you put a point in lizard super swimming if not from the start.
