I know from ex-Witnesses that they're really unfriendly to college education. How did they convey this growing up?

When I was living in the dorms in Sweden, we got a lot of Mormon and JW missionaries. None of the Mormons we got were very good at Swedish, but the vast majority of the JW's couldn't speak it at all.

Am I assuming correctly that JWs' foreign missionaries aren't as organized?
