 Demon Days.

It's just... a classic. Each song is great, and segues into the next. Catchy, smart, fun, and just beautiful sonically. I listen to the album at least once every couple of months. Yep. All time classic. Which is not to say the debut or Plastic Beach aren't great. But Demon Days is seamless.
