Flamita can be iffy at times. He's not great at generally laying out a match. His pacing is really bad (this may just be a problem with midcard dragon gate matches) On the other hand, he is maybe the crispest highflyer I have ever seen. He makes a 450 splash look cool again. He's a dynamite talent who desperately needs seasoning and good hands to work with. I'm really excited to see him do more

Interestingly he never once plugged the show he was working and just talked about how great it was to be back home. Commentary hasn't mentioned the segment once since it happened so it's probably not making TV. Earlier Dorian Peņa, VP of AAA, set out a cryptic tweet about someone being a judas so if it wasn't already obvious this was not cleared with AAA first. He's probably trying to get fired but who knows! Myzteziz is crazy and Lucha as a whole is crazier.

in an interview he just said he's finishing up his advertised dates and then he's done with AAA. He also said he would need a new name. That was sudden. Can't wait for the next Konnan podcast

They associated him strongly with El Santo and pushed him harder than anybody else. It worked. I don't think people understand how huge he was. iirc he was flying all around Mexico and working as many as 10 shows a week. They finally started beating him and his star faded but he was the biggest wrestling star on the planet for a while there.

Fantasticamania 2012 is top to bottom the best one but i can never find night 2 of it online '13 and '14 were fun shows but other than the Volador/Dorada match I don't remember anything you need to go out of your way to see. '15 was fun but stretched way too thin with a bunch of shows.
