I enjoyed this match from last Tuesday 1/10: Dragón Lee, Stuka Jr., Titán vs Ephesto, Hechicero, Niebla Roja Match starts at 1:17:30 if the timestamp doesn't work. Hechicero is real good, and there's more meat in the early falls than many of the current day CMLL trios matches.

Park's son has gotten it from his dad for sure. Although I don't know if "tope so hard your mask flies off" is necessarily good for your career longevity.

Continuing my YTD catch-up on "thecubsfan rated these 'great'" non-CMLL matches, I just watched: 5 Match Fighters IWRG: Demonio Infernal, Aramis, Freelance, Araña de Plata y Black Dragon (1/22/17) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOteki1Nsoc This match was entirely flips, dives, and head drops. No story or anything, just spots. I loved it and cannot recommend it more highly. Also, please stop me if you're getting tired of me posting so much in the thread.

I caught up on my entire backlog of "thecubsfan Great" matches, and I am very happy with the last one I had on my list: Daga & Rey Fénix (US) vs Sammy Guevara & Último Ninja (LyC, Arena Coliseo Monterrey, 04/09/2017) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfZLPN02FvU&t=302s (match entrances start at 5:02, match itself at 10:42) Athletic, high paced match with an awesome large crowd. I only know lucha libre español so usually commentary doesn't sway me one way or the other, but the energetic solo Nacho Rodriguez commentary elevates it for me even more. This one's well worth your time.

I finished the Ultimo Dragon Treinta Aniversario show. Nothing was a blow away, but all the matches were pretty good and the show flowed well because the file went from match to match quickly. It's a nice way to spend 2 hours watching some wrestling, especially if you don't watch that much lucha. Good show to put on for more casual audience.

I know the CMLL final last night was great but I was watching stuff in the order I had it in my RSS so I got watched this one first: Virus vs. Prayer, Arena Coliseo San Ramón (3/25) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQZEXpRVYwo They stretch each other for 20 minutes and it's very good. Almost the entire match is on the mat. The selling and pulling really gives weight to the moves that you don't always get with lucha submissions. Crowd and small arena make it look a little low key but the work is there and it's worth checking out.

This weekend, Park's facing Wagner on Saturday and Park/Son are facing Mascara/Maximo on Sunday for MDA in Monterrey. He's actually double booked on Saturday because he and Mascara are on top of a trios at a 6 PM show and the Wagner match is on an 8:15 show.

Considering I loaded the file saying "I don't wanna watch these big boys have a slow match," I would rate this one strongly in the "very fun" category and would say it's worth your time watching at 1.5x especially: Ángel o Demonio y Ovett vs Paranoiko y Tóxico, en DTU Expo Luchas Pachuca https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RiwrGNoOk30 Ángel o Demonio's comedy game is strong, that carries the whole thing for me.
