IIRC ground resonance happens when the rotors get unbalanced because the helicopter is on uneven terrain or landed hard. Apparently taking off again or shutting down the engine can fix it.

Vortex Ring State, where your helicopter just falls out of the sky because you've descended too quickly through your own rotor down wash, is more concerning to me.
