It's not kanji. It very literally says "Center - 30% (Flat Spin)"

Going over the scans from Volume 10 (which this episode is framed around) doesn't show the phrase "flat spin" anywhere like it's used there either, so it looks like a possible production error. In fact, there's pretty much every variation here of "<Wide/Body/Center> <Slice/Spin>" but the only time "Flat" pops up in the original text is "Wide Flat"
