I don't see the story here. It's kind of depressing to hear about somebody given a reprieve at life and wasting it, but I don't think there's much of a problem to discussed or solved here.

Rent-A-Cop posted:"Things Not to Post on Facebook" should really be a required course the first year of high school. That's called parenting and actually paying attention to what your kids do with the computer and their phones.
