Ports aren't exactly the cheapest thing. Even though more and more Japanese companies are realizing how lucrative the overseas PC market can be, it's still very much the exception for there to be PC ports of their games.

IIRC, there also might be licensing costs on top of the technical ones. Though Compile Heart seems to be jumping on the PC bandwagon so they can't be TOO high.

Also - life force mode? The ship consumes life force now?

It was in one of the earliest updates. Zill's people modified the system to run in some sort of emergency or juryrigged mode that's taking its energy from the flask sea.

So my guess is we'll have another time skip before contact is reestablished with Earthes and/or Delta.

And Prim will probably end up with Zill again.

I kind of wish we'd had something like this to humanize Nelo. Kanon went from awful to really sympathetic and likeable as the game went on, but Nelo has remained mostly a piece of poo poo even if her desires are somewhat understandable.

Still, I highly suspect the only death by the end will be the completely irredeemable Zill. She seems the only 100% evil person here (plus maybe whoever is controlling Prim.)

Well that explains why Nay and Ion don't get along at least.

Jesus christ, it sucks to be Nay. Her body and identity got stolen.

It makes you wonder if Nelo's body is the same way.

Luckily, nobody really cared about Kanon.

She's obviously not dead for real.

I get the feeling that Prime's not 100% truthful, especially in a world created by Zill.

I do want to see that particular rabbit hole eventually but let Feinne play something enjoyable for once.

Fuuka's arc was in the dlc, pretty much

EDIT: \/ Most overload skills are amazing. That mechanic was the necessary kick the series really needed (even if 5 is the last as rumored)

The Japanese version probably has ten times the number of bad puns overall.

Japan loves pun based humour and a lot of it understandably doesn't translate.

There simply are no words. That's not a good end to Ion's character arc.

It pretty much negates ALL of her character development.

Apparently the situation was that they realised how bad it was but they had a contractual obligation to localise it so they were kinda stuck.

Yeah, it was tied into the contract of a few other good games by the Japanese publisher.

"Some" boobs is an understatement. Cripes. And the main character seems to have also inherited Ar Nosurge's burning hatred of pants.

Yep. She spends half the game in an outfit that I couldn't even call lingerie.
