As far as Delta being good at this psycho-stuff, he doesn't really have much competition. Croix could handle himself pretty well by virtue of being  to all the insanity around him, but the other two... yeah.

If you have one of the old 60GB PS3's you can play AT2 and not have to worry about the gamebreaking glitch! It's pretty cool.

Gameplay chat, is there any secret to getting DP or do you just have to grind for it sometimes? Previous games, it generally kept pace with the story but I keep running out in Ar Nosurge.

That music and those characters, those are the reasons I play Ar Tonelico! ...is what I would say if I actually played more than a few hours of them and then just read an LP instead. In a way, it reminds me of the Nier games and how the protagonist could have a jRPG/wRPG spin. Ion wants to gather all the pieces and fix everything at once (and believes that it is possible to do so), whereas Delta is moving from one objective to another and motivated by a sense of necessity.
