Man, it really bothers me that the Dickster is still using the grunge_pack.zip for his environment textures. As my HD texture pack proved that even the funky graphics can be transformed with some nice clean cut graphics.

Not to hijack your LP, but because of this LP I bought the game and I wanted to share an experience I just had. * I'm currently the champ of the Japanese wrestling promotion * I get a news bulletin that the Japenese wrestling promotion is taking creative control away from all their wrestlers, which I previously had. * I get put in a meeting with the CEO of the Japanese wrestling promotion and he asks (forces me) to use new moves * My next match is a 4-man submission only match * My new move set has no submission moves included

Also, what's up with the "you have reached the limits of your popularity and must find new audiences elsewhere" message, even when you were in All-American Wrestling? I thought they were the ones on top? Does the game want you to succeed in all the different promotions, or do you just eventually hit a cap and see that after every match no matter what you do?

Loving this. Shame the injuries aren't wracking up faster though; is there any known way to improve the odds of causing a serious injury, or is it just too random to predict in any meaningful manner? I'm assuming the latter given it's an Mdickie game.

This LP made me buy the game, and at that popularity level you've got to be fending off signing offers with sticks, a million dollars is still amazing though. My career has been pretty uneventful except for my guy's clothes being stolen and ransomed for $25000 and one wrestler literally murdering another outside of the ring. Also picked up School Days, which is just Hard Time reskinned into an immersive high school environment. My mom gave me lunch money and then ran me over on a stolen motorcycle.

It'll take him years to return to form though. How does training work in this game anyways? When I was playing and training up my skills from ~60 I could do 3 max training sessions and get 1-2 point gains, by the time they were ~90 one training session would get me 4-5. Does having a high skill make it easier to raise it or does one stat (skill/strength/whatever) govern your success rate of everything?

The AIs don't seem to train, the only thing that effects their stats are their matches.
