i have some sad news to share: for those of you wondering what had happened to cisadmin privilege, he died in february. causes are unknown but he did suffer from some health problems. when i saw that there were people looking for details on him, i realised i hadn't heard from him in a while and knew where he worked. it was apparently sudden as he was alive and well just a few months before

i was lucky to meet the guy last summer when he came out for some beers at an event i help host each month. he was a really nice person and forwarded me some infosec work. really, really pleasant guy to meet and it's a real shame that he has gone

i am not 100% certain but he did suffer from type i diabetes and that at christmastime he was alive and well (the photo of him suited up was from around then). what i can tell you for certain that it happened between feb 10 and feb 15. i may call his old employer to confirm when they're open tomorrow
