Your dog looks very much like a cattledog mix. In some parts of the country they dock cattledog tails because with the tail their silhouette looks too much like a coyote and they end up getting shot.

The original cattledogs were herding dogs crossed with domesticated dingoes, so if you want to pretend you have a special snowflake exotic wild dog hybrid you can say you have a dingo mutt and it'd just be really stretching the truth instead of an outright lie.
