They nerfed Stock?? What a weird thing to do. I don't remember it being a problem.

Also all guns can be fired underwater or what?

Stock used to really remove the speed difference between the three weapon classes, making them all play the same.

Look at it more like a stealth SMG buff.

Air support has a lifespan of seconds, if anyone on the other team cares.

Two things I noticed, you can stack silencer and loudener on a gun and you can take gunfighter twice to put 4 attachments on a gun.

Edit: make that three times for five attachments. Truly we live in a brave new world.

Black hat takes forever to hack something, it's usually not worth hacking a UAV/CUAV, just shoot it down with the launcher.

The real place black hat shines is hacking things like the wraith or raps dropship. It's crazy how you get to take it over. I think you need multiple black hats, bigger streaks have "firewalls", which I luckily found out when someone tried to hack my hatr.

Also, the initial lmg is totally more m60 than lsat. I think it's always a 3hit kill? Putting rapid fire on it is great.

New shotgun is great, it just suffers from the lag problem all guns do, where strafing makes a bunch of shots miss. If they're moving towards/away from you or you have host pro it owns bones.

I agree that sprint cancelling is the one true way to cancel, but guns reload so late in the animation I'm not sure it's worth it.

I just don't understand you guys wanting all the crazy movement options from root beer. At that point it's no longer CoD.

Not that I didn't have fun in AW, but it definitely didn't scratch my yearly CoD itch.

You're totally right, there's no middle ground between everyone headglitching in one spot and jumping around open maps like tweakers.

CoD hit detection has never been great under laggy conditions. Trying to hit people moving perpendicular can be a crapshoot. Adding faster movement options makes it even more pronounced. Not to mention that the open maps really remove focus on CoD's historical emphasis on area control.

There's a reason Blops 3 is toning down movement options, nerfing stock, and going back to more lane-y maps.
