I click on NSFW poo poo accidentally or absent-mindedly all the time. Big-rear end titty .gif on the front page of IMGUR? Better check it out - Oh wait poo poo! Haven't been fired in 5 years (knocks on wood) of doing so. I'm guessing most companies just keep track of your violations so they can more easily fire you if they need to. I doubt I'll ever get canned for it unless I spent a quality 15 minute Incognito session on company time.
