Using a Stim III actually refreshes the agent's attack as well as granting 8 AP. I'm not sure if it refreshes both of Nika's attacks, but it does let you get to 3 in a round with her.

I've never been seen by a camera when opening a door from the side. Are you standing directly in front of the doors when you open them?
