And the scene immediately after that, its like they were lifted out of a way better movie

One reason its awesome is that up till now all of Achilles fights have lasted about 2 seconds, and Hector comes out and pushes him, love Brad Pitts facial expressions of surprise and confusion

The music in that sequence is really nicely done I feel. I like the bit s of Troy I've seen, but that's mostly the fight scenes, I gather the rest is the lovely bit.

My favourite bits of bad movies are the overactors who are being well-paid for this poo poo movie and just having a whale of a time chewing the scenery. Jeremy Irons in Dungeons and Dragons has always been a favourite.
