Noise Complaint posted:the rear tailgate wiring was toast and the PO's "fix" was a spare battery in the back you could touch the window motor wires to so you could take the top off Missed this when I first read your post, can't stop laughing. Must be a Bronco Rite of Passage because mine had the exact same setup until I finally got around to fixing it. Turned out the dash switch was garbage- one cheapo autozone switch later and my back window works!
