That's incredibly subjective, even disregarding the fact that Socrates and Plato are basically the same thing unless you're already deep enough into Greek philosophy to start understanding / researching the differences. It's difficult enough to write this kind of list for a single subdiscipline in philosophy, doing it for the subject as a whole is a fool's errant.

(Hobbes, Hegel, Marx, Heidegger, Sartre, Wittgenstein, Popper, Aquinas, Arendt and a hundred others will appear on this kind of list, depending on who writes it.)
