So now instead of asking for all the permissions when you install, it'll ask when you first start the app.

As much as I like the per use thing I imagine using a permission heavy app for the first time is going to be annoying as gently caress.

That makes it a lot easier for users to blame the app developers, which I suppose is good, as opposed to the users having no idea why the app crashed.
