There isn't much you can do. It will stop if you wait long enough. If the bounced mail is bothering her, you can set up a rule to delete it.

AV is bad and I wont defend it. To the AV defenders though.... at least don't rely on some report which is touting insane levels of detection (99%+ lol). The detections on the models are almost certainly false positives. Anything malicious is more likely to be in the other components. You're probably fine.
