I'm willing to bet it is just generic voice lines, not so much as a fully voiced guy/girl or whatever, ie. PlayerVoiceMaleAfrican, PlayerVoiceMaleCaucasian, PlayerVoiceFemaleAfrican, etc.

Just watched the E3 reveal gameplay trailer and I think Bethesda is actually learning how to improve their games this generation. Game looks great in action.

I guess time will tell but I'm very excited.
