The trouble with weather forecasting is that it's right too often for us to ignore it and wrong too often for us to rely on it.
I don't know how Oregon's court system goes but chances are if she mentions that she "feels threatened" or is "scared" of you, she'll get her protection order in the court system. So like everyone else is saying talk to a lawyer!

How long have you lived in Oregon? Unless you have lived there for 6+ months then the divorce can not go through, but you can get a legal separation and then go back for the divorce after 6 months.
