There Bias Two posted:So, maybe I missed this, but are Twilights forced to wear their tags? If they're being persecuted, why not just remove them and pretend to be normal? Some do. They're Strays, uh...I forgot what they got called in the show but I think it was something else; i.e. what Doug and Nic were doing before they ended up in Ergastulum. The biggest problem is the drugs they need. Celebrer isn't sold outside of the city (I'm not sure that was stated explicitly) so if you aren't in Ergastulum you gotta bribe someone like the doctor Worick paid to get the drugs from. So living under the radar as a normal takes money and/or connections to someone with money and a source for the drugs you'd need to avoid seizing out and dying. From the examples given so far I'd say most strays aren't able to live autonomously and exist in quasi-slavery situations dependent on whoever is providing their drug fix.

I guess this is a little bit spoilery regarding manga content but I'm keeping it general so I'm not blacking it out, sorry if that bothers anyone. Now that I've finally watched the episode, content-wise that ended up about where I suspected it would but I'm kinda sad they didn't animate the cat search. A lot recently has gone toward Alex finding her place, what with making friends with Dr. Theo, Nina, Connie, and Granny Joel; Nic and Worick both confirming her place with them; and finally her memories coming out of the fog as she regains her sense of self. The cat finding job was her first solo job as a Handyman so it was another one of those pieces that cemented her into the team and also gave her a chance to be a bit heroic on her own power so I miss that it wasn't included. With all the cats in Ep. 7 I was sure they were going to do it, too  Just not sure where it would fit in after this point if they decided to change the order of things so I'm assuming it has been cut entirely. That's also the context for those chibis I posted earlier.

If y'all are enjoying the anime I'd recommend picking up the manga. The anime is pretty faithful but some of the levity and side thoughts get excluded so it's worth reading and VIZ did a really nice job on it. The books don't feel cheap at all and are the bigger size so the artwork is nice and clean. Each one also has a glossy illustration inside the cover that was originally one of the @Bunch covers. This is the one from Volume 4 and it's one of my favorites: sorry for using a watermarked one but I didn't want to flatten mine out to take a picture Have some things I swiped from that tumblr while I was looking for that pic:   How to Draw Worick (this was also printed in vol 4)  Instructions on 3 and 4 - "Draw hair."

This is how ranking works just to give some idea of where she stands vs the others (I guess this is pretty standard ranking order if you play games though) oh yeah somebody grabbed the eyecatch and made another wallpaper  I hope they clean up the animation for the BD version...it's been rough in the other episodes but this was the worst one so far.

Oh yeah, one last thing! In the manga the song Alex sings is actually Stand By Me which is really touching to imagine her singing to her little brother With You ended up being pretty nice though.

I'm glad Also the show is getting kinda scary. A secret group of strong Twilights, Alex's brother, and the whatshisname mob boss, and the Handymen got in their way. Nic only being B/5 means things don't look good.

Yeah the difference between B/5 and A/0 is pretty significant. The higher up he's gone in rank the more he's had to push past his natural limit which has probably not been real good for his health. I'm not sure how much detail came through in the fight with Doug but overdosing does stuff like dull his sense of pain which can become permanent if Veronica is typical.

 Briefs are cool but henley gray is a really boring color for underwear.  They should have done this color scheme for the Nic briefs those would be some awesome briefs. Pink is an awesome color for underwear but it's hard to see Worick's facial features. Overall a good brief.
