There are some unspoiled ascensions, and they're legendary. But even they required years of set-up in which the player basically created the spoilers from scratch anyway by taking detailed notes.

I wouldn't call those unspoiled though. Those players still used spoilers, just self-compiled ones instead of the internet / looking at the game's source. It's still loving impressive, but how did their first ascended character know about, say, REMOVED
I posit that an ascension where you're not allowed to use out of character knowledge is impossible.
