Yes, you're not restricted to sharing with people on your friends list.
They haven't said how many games the game will come with but there are already a lot of levels in the online database and the game comes packaged with a book that contains a bunch more stages.
If you mean paid DLC that adds more features to the editor, I haven't seen them mention anything thus far. If you mean new stages made by people at Nintendo, almost definitely.
Yes, certain powerups and abilities are restricted to certain styles - you can't use the cape outside of the SMW style, for example. I think all the enemies work across all styles, though.
Yeah they said they made enemies work on all styles, including making new sprites for enemies that didn't exist in previous styles. Boo in SMB style, for example.

Yeah, wearing a mystery mushroom skin changes the sfx.
For those who haven't seen it, Game Center CX did a live event where Arino challenged a bunch of people to play his Mario Maker stages, including Miyamoto. (He also attempts to play SMB with a Mario DDR dance mat.)
