I kind of hope they bring things to a complete circle and the game's climax is set in the ruins of Arkham Island. From what they've said, the Arkham City area isn't available, correct? I think it sunk into the ocean between games, as AC hinted it was doing.

Eurogamer is working on a tech rundown of Arkham Knight on PS4. This is their early judgment:

As the finale to the Arkham saga, it's a superb production, but crucially it also turns in a slick, stable playing experience with solid performance on day one.

They sound very excited about the game itself, too, but are still working on a review.
