I've only visited Reno but Reno is close to some very pretty parts of this country.

Okay, well Reno is a dump. Possibly in the top ten dumps in the US. It's basically all the sadness associated with chronic gamblers but without the conspicuous wealth that Las Vegas has. I also believe prostitution isn't legal in Washoe county. If you like the mountains it's a great place to leave.
