How anyone raided in WoW without LHCP is beyond me, I would have killed myself. That dolphin on heal poo poo owned so hard. If we're going to PlayTBC, Lant, Max, or Chunjee or whoever needs to get that back up in running asap. Also the SA Smilies in guild chat.

I just remember being super jealous because I leveled my NE priest from vanilla and then these draenei came in with a 1% hit aura and shadow priest was desirable for a caster group because of vampiric touch making them a mana battery.

I think their priest racial spells were fear ward and a mana recovery thing, which made every other race for priest pretty lackluster. This could be totally wrong though I never played a priest past 30. Also as long as there was one draenei in a group it didn't matter what race you were, you got the benefit of the 1% hit.

For real though if you're playing any alliance race other than Human or Draenei in TBC it's because you're a Druid and get shafted for races. TBC had many good aspects, but its race balance was not at all one of them.

BC is basically Draenei/Human or Orc/Undead in pve. In pvp a lot of the racials become relevant (stoneform is amazing!).

Looking for info from those who have vanilla experience over the years. How did tag leveling work? Here's a hypothetical. Level 40 prot warrior with a shield spike goes to Tanaris with a 60 resto druid and mage. In a separate group, the prot warrior picks up 6-7 pirates, tags them all, druid keeps him up and mage burns mobs down. Does the warrior get full xp for these mobs?

I assume this is going to be a 2.4.3 client download? If I download the Feenix client will I be able to use it on PlayTBC? Do I have to track down an original 2.4.3? The public needs answers \/\/ - I mean, I could see one OP for each expansion private server. Like a Vanilla Private Server Thread, TBC Private Server Thread, WotLK Private Server thread, etc. But I suppose only if you wanted to load up the OP with relevant info - if you're just going to post lame screenshots of people saying retarded things in gchat I guess it makes no difference. Also you'd probably get a lot of "I'm not doing enough damage help me improve my rogue!" So I had an idea talking to some people today. I'm thinking about just posting a general WoW private server thread, seeing as thats more or less what this one has devolved into. We'd be able to talk about all the servers/guilds/factions without feeling like we were stepping on peoples toes. All the goons generally gravitate to one a time anyways, and I think this would be the best system to handle the migrations. If this sounds like a stupid idea let me know, otherwise ill make an OP and throw it up in a couple days.

I created a guild on Nost horde side if anyone still plays or is interested (goonhelp is a ghost town). No real endgame aspirations beyond lots of pvp, but you do get to have <Natl Trollcialist Party> under your name, and at some point I'll make a tabard.
