For Forza 2, 3, and 4, they've pulled all DLC from the store without any warning or heads-up right around 4 years after the games originally came out. Who knows if they licensed things under the same terms for Forza Horizon onwards, since that's when they moved to yearly releases, but this fall will be 4 years after it was released.

The original Horizon (and all of its DLC) is in fact being pulled off the 360 marketplace after 4 years, but at least they gave a heads-up this time: http://www.forzamotorsport.net/en-us/news/wir_9_23_16 You have until October 20 to get it in case you haven't bought it during one of the times it was on sale for $5 this year.

Also FM5 will be delisted in a couple months most likely so why not get it in as many people's hands as possible and try to wring out some car pass sales before it all gets taken down.
