According to Le Progrès (regional paper for Lyon & the Rhône-Alpes region) the suspect in the St-Quentin-Fallavier attack has sent a selfie with the decapitated head of his victim (using WhatsApp) to a North-American phone number, which may just be a forwarding number, as the recipient has not yet been determined according to a source close to the case.
