Hello I am trying to piece together a list of orbs that are foods for my wedding to my wife Vanessa. So far I have grapes berries melons, etc, and things like hushpuppies and whatever those chickpea ball things are. Why is your wedding balls themed? Are you both beach-volley players? Æbleskiver are orbular. If eggs aren't orbs, then how come grapes are? Radishes also

I don't know what these are called but my asian grocer sometimes has these awesome sesame ball things. Brigadeiro's and beijinho's are Brazilian orby desserts that are loved by all. They are pretty much the same except one is rolled in coconut and the other is cocoa flavored and rolled in your favorite sprinkles.

Yeah, it's just choux pastry balls stuck together and then they make it all fancy by covering it with strings of caramel so it crunches a little bit. Sometimes they have cream in them, sometimes they don't. However, it's super hard to make well, so you get to find some really amazing pictures of amateur attempts:

My dad was a pastry chef in his younger years and he enlisted my aid in creating a croquembouche for a wedding once. Jesus fuckin' christ are those things a pain in the rear end to assemble, especially when your final product is gonna be around 4' tall.
