Just realize that if you have any assets of any sort they can be seized if your business gets sued and you're not under an LCC/INC.

The protections granted to you as an LLC if you're operating as a sole proprietorship are minimal, especially if you don't have any assets to shield, and the additional costs of operating as an LLC can be pretty high.
