Your monthly nut is like $2k which is too high for someone in your situation. You need to get that down.

Where do you live? Do you have any skills? You can bartend. You say you can sell. These are skills worth money, what else?

If I were in a situation like this, I would:

- hang out on craigslist gigs for my city, all day every day. I live near Columbus, Ohio which is a medium/large city and there's all kinds of handyman, cleanup, temp work, bartender, and on and on available in gigs right now. You need cash in hand ASAP and this is a way to get it.

- Post in my local town's Facebook group that I was available for dog walking, yard cleanup/light landscaping, babysitting, house sitting, painting, whatever is applicable to your skillset. If someone put a gun to your head and said you had to start a service business what would it be? Do that. You are 24, presumably hygienic, presumably personable, assuming you can talk to people (and if you have been a bartender I am assuming you can) this is doable.

- Start figuring out how to flip things on eBay that you can pick up at estate sales and thrift stores, there are subreddits, Facebook groups, youtube videos and so forth on how to do this. I do this s a hobby because I like thrifting and make about 400% ROI after all fees and expenses, which I think is probably not spectacular for people who do this sort of thing. You could probably make your car payment every month doing this a day or two a week, and since some people enjoy it it's worth mentioning.

- Look for work online, i.e. write for textbroker/content mills, or if you have any other online skills such as design try to leverage them.

There are sales jobs worth it, there's not enough info here to know if you are in one or not. There are some red flags suggesting you are not (100% commission is one, your training paperwork mixup is another.)

If you're staying in that job, watch Glengarry Glen Ross (only half kidding.)

It sounds like you mostly want permission to get a payday loan, not help.

emailed every restaurant who is on craigslist looking for servers

Drive to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager about a job.

I don't want to assume my experience applies to everyone, but when I was 18-23 or so I must have waited tables at 10 different places (I bounced around a lot obviously and wasn't a super great employee, although I never got fired from anywhere) and always got a job same day when I went in and spoke to a manager. Worst case they tell you to fill out an application and never call you, but unless the restaurant industry has changed a lot in the last 10 years (and maybe it has, I dunno) you're going to do better in person.
